Kfast is looking for a Property Manager!

This is a general advertisement where we are looking for you who want to work as a property manager with us.

The ad does not apply to a specific position, but we use it to find candidates for current and upcoming needs. This can involve both permanent positions and temporary contracts, with placements in various areas within Eskilstuna municipality. We are currently looking for a permanent position.

Job Description

As a property manager, you ensure that our properties and outdoor environments are well-maintained and pleasant. You solve problems, perform minor repairs, and create security for our tenants. In this role, you have daily contact with both residents and contractors and take independent responsibility for your properties.

Main Responsibilities:

• Indoor and outdoor maintenance of properties, such as repairing broken lighting, leaking faucets, and clogged drains.
• Ongoing practical maintenance work, such as supervision and control of heating boilers, ventilation, and fans.
• Maintenance of the outdoor environment around properties, such as mowing grass, picking up litter (snow removal in winter).
• Report larger issues discovered in properties.

Working Hours

Working hours are Monday–Thursday 06:55–16:00, Fridays 06:55–14:45. You work an extra 5 minutes each day, which generates a free afternoon the day before public holidays and a full day off (compensatory day in May). On-call and standby duty are included in the position (for example, during winter). The position does not have flexible hours or summer hours.

Qualifications

You have experience in managing properties both indoors and outdoors. You can identify and address minor issues, are practically inclined, and have knowledge of basic safety and repairs. You have a high school education or at least one year of experience in property management, a B driver's license, computer skills, and a clean criminal record.

It is an advantage if you have worked with both residential and commercial tenants and have experience using machinery for outdoor maintenance.
