Simplex Bemanning AB is now looking for a Logistics Coordinator for a large and well-organized logistics operation within the building materials trade. Our client has a strong focus on delivery precision, safety, and efficient logistics flows. About the position

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a central role in daily operations and ensure that the flow of goods runs smoothly from incoming goods to delivery. You will work closely with warehouse, transport, and other internal functions to achieve high quality and efficiency in deliveries.

Scope: Full-time

Working hours: Daytime, 07:00–16:00 or 08:00–17:00

Location: Rosersberg

Start: As soon as possible, considering notice period

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Ensure delivery precision and efficient flows
• Handle discrepancies and solve logistical problems
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, carriers, and internal departments
• Work in business and warehouse systems and update relevant documentation

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in logistics, transport, or warehouse planning
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant
• Has good communication skills and enjoys collaboration
• Is computer literate and has experience with administrative systems
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
