We need to expand our fantastic team with one or two on-call/summer substitutes for an autistic man aged 50+ in Klintehamn.

We are looking for an engaged and flexible assistant. It is important that you are responsible and can contribute to a positive atmosphere. You must be attentive to the client's needs and be proactive and able to work independently. You should be able to handle arising situations with clarity and calm. Good Swedish in speech and writing. A driver's license is a must.

We are looking for someone who preferably has previous experience in assistance or similar experiences.

The work is varied and is guided by the client's needs, which may include personal care, daily activities, household chores, and other activities both inside and outside the home.

The work shifts are distributed over day and night shifts with sleeping on-call.
