About the assignment / Om uppdraget

A family in Upplands Väsby with two children (4 & 7 years old) wishes to receive help with babysitting 2 afternoons a week from 3:45 PM to 6:15 PM. Preferably on Thursdays and Fridays, but other days also work. There is also a need for a babysitter on Saturdays or Sundays from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM sometimes.

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competence profiles and ages, so we open up for individual salary setting for anyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.
