About the Position

We are looking for both nursing assistants and care assistants for home care. In both roles, you work closely with people in need of care and support in their own homes. The work is varied and involves both taking responsibility for independent tasks and collaborating with colleagues.

We are looking for hourly employees for work as needed.

Our clients live in Rimbo and surrounding areas where we mainly reach our users by car, bicycle, and walking.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Providing personal care and support during meals
• Participating in social interaction with clients and accompanying them on walks
• Performing delegated tasks from nurses or rehabilitation staff
• Writing implementation plans based on the client's individual needs
• Working both independently and in collaboration with colleagues to provide the best possible care
• Actively contributing to the development and improvement of the operations

About You

For this position, you need:

• Previous experience in similar work with varied tasks
• Basic digital competence
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing
• The ability to cycle

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Training as a nursing assistant with a professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare
• Experience and interest in areas such as dementia, technology, and documentation
• A driver's license and driving experience

Additional Information

As of July 1, 2023, the title of nursing assistant is a protected professional title. This means that a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare is required to hold the title of nursing assistant. You apply for the certificate on the National Board of Health and Welfare's website. If you have care and nursing education according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations but have not yet received the professional certificate, you can instead be employed under a different title.

Please note that you do not need to be a trained nursing assistant to be employed as a care assistant.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to present a valid residence/work permit or prove that you are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. In this process, we will therefore check citizenship.
