Team Verkstad is looking for a working foreman in Malmö!

We at Team Verkstad in Malmö are now looking for a working foreman/administrator for our afternoon and evening shifts – a role for you who enjoys having tools in hand as well as planning, coordinating, and driving workshop operations forward.

As a working foreman/administrator at Team Verkstad, you will split your time approximately 50/50 between practical work in the workshop and administrative tasks.

You will be responsible for ensuring that work flows smoothly during the afternoon and evening shifts, supporting mechanics with technical questions, and ensuring that work orders, planning, and customer contacts are handled efficiently.

You will become a key person in a close-knit, knowledgeable, and unpretentious team that together delivers high quality and service to our customers.

We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience as a truck mechanic or in a similar role, has a C+E driving license (requirement), and feels confident in planning and leading daily workshop operations. You have good knowledge of business or workshop systems such as Orion, Pyramid, or Cobra, are solution-oriented, meticulous, and thrive in a collaborative environment where quality and responsibility are at the forefront. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
