We are now looking for two driving coaches for Länna and the business area of school and charter traffic.

In school and charter traffic, several aspects are crucial for achieving good quality in the work of bus drivers; including contractual requirements, service levels, and compliance with regulations. It is also important that the company's policies and instructions are followed. The company has a number of documented goals, including reducing fuel consumption and vehicle damage frequency. These issues will be relevant for the driving coach to consider in their daily work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a driving coach, you ensure that the driver has the tools needed to perform their job in the best way possible. You are responsible for following up, coaching, and developing drivers in their daily work. Monitoring driving and rest time regulations is also part of this work.

We are looking for two individuals who will share the position. Both positions have the same basic tasks of coaching and following up, but one has an extended responsibility for introduction and training while the other will work more with vehicles and damages. The driving coach is expected to represent the company and contribute to a climate that promotes development and a positive atmosphere through their own engagement.

The assignment will involve, among other things, riding along with drivers and having conversations aimed at coaching and improvement. The assignment may also involve participating in and driving improvement groups. As a driving coach, you will also need to perform administrative tasks, such as damage reporting and incident reporting.

As a driving coach, you work closely with the Operations Manager, Traffic Management, School Coordinator, and Traffic Planner to unify, simplify, and improve people's travel.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the bus driver profession and is a trained bus driver with a D driver's license and YKB. Experience in school and charter traffic is a plus. You should feel comfortable with administration and have good computer skills. You have a pedagogical and trustworthy manner. If you have previously held a coaching role that you enjoyed, it is highly meritorious.

Furthermore, you have a business sense and a high level of service. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

OTHER

The assignment as a driving coach will be combined with bus driving.
