Ultra Clean/Green is looking for summer staff for outdoor maintenance in Malmö and Landskrona

About the position

As an outdoor maintenance worker at Ultra Clean/Green, you will have a variety of tasks. You will work in Malmö or Landskrona. The tasks are varied and require great flexibility and accuracy. You thrive in the role of company representative and share Ultra Clean/Green's desire to deliver fast service and high quality. You will have daily contact with customers and colleagues as well as your immediate supervisor.

We expect you to have a high level of service and a good overview of your work area. As a person, you are attentive to your work, have a positive attitude towards your colleagues and customers, and treat everyone with respect, regardless of gender, affiliation, nationality, or skin color. You also have a good ability to collaborate as the work can be both individual and in groups. The tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Follow Ultra Clean/Green's policies, routines, checklists, requirements, and responsibilities according to the work environment law that applies to your area,
• Carry out outdoor work based on each object's specific needs, work description, calendar, and according to your supervisor's directives,
• Ensure that you have the necessary materials and equipment within your area of responsibility to perform safe and quality work,
• Ensure to follow work descriptions, calendars, and instructions from the manager/CEO.
• Be responsible for your work area and ensure that the expected quality and service level is maintained towards the customer,
• Report and plan the following in consultation with your responsible manager: working hours, extra work, extra orders, and anything that may occur at your workplace,
• Ensure to follow necessary instructions, safety, and order regulations, and use your personal protective equipment and any safety devices correctly to prevent ill health and accidents.

All points are reported to your immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• Education as a property caretaker, with green areas and experience in property maintenance and outdoor work.
• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has worked for a few years in a similar position and is a resourceful property caretaker. You have technical knowledge and always provide a good response to our customers and colleagues. To thrive in the role, we believe you are used to working independently and have the ability to plan tasks yourself. We also believe you have the ability to see what needs to be done, take initiative, and collaborate with others. The work includes service measures as well as external cleaning and some gardening. You should not be afraid to check lights, refill heating systems, weed, and collect leaves, etc.

You should know a little about everything, be handy, and unafraid.
