We are currently seeking new salespeople in Telemarketing on behalf of a client.

About the company

The company is an exciting innovative firm operating in the energy market. They have agreements with several major electricity players, allowing them to offer unique solutions to their customers. Each customer receives a tailored electricity contract based on their own consumption and needs. This way, they can offer the best contracts on the market.

About the position

We are now looking for a team leader who can manage approximately 5–10 salespeople. The role includes sales, coaching, training, and budget responsibility. You will primarily be responsible for meeting the budget as well as for the training and development of your salespeople. You will work closely with other team leaders as a sales manager. Sales are conducted towards private individuals using the phone as a tool.

To succeed in this role, you need to be attentive and enjoy working with people. You should have an interest in developing others and enjoy working in a team. To succeed, you need to be results-oriented and like working towards goals.

Qualifications

We expect you to have at least 6 months of prior sales experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys making contact with new people, is driven, and contributes positive energy. Fluency in Swedish is a requirement.
