About the Role

Are you ready to step into a forward-looking technical role?

We are looking for a Technical Operations Center Operator who is passionate about technology and wants to help shape the digital solutions of the future. As our new colleague, you will play a key role in our growing and modernized operations. There is a need to develop the operations together with, among others, internal groups, operations centers, and alarm centers.

What you will do:

• Technical Support Management: You will handle our 1st line support to resolve technical issues and ensure our systems run smoothly. From initial problem analysis to coordinating solutions with our contractors and suppliers – your contribution makes a difference!
• Work with Commissioning: You will have the chance to participate in the installation and startup of new technical equipment.
• Documentation and Improvement: Your attention to detail in documentation helps us maintain a high standard and improve our processes.
• Participate in Projects and Collaborate: You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, providing you with broad experience and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements Specification

What we are looking for:

• Education and Experience: You have a high school education in IT/Technology or equivalent and work experience from the electricity or IT industry.
• Language Skills: You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience working with IP-based networks and/or automation within the electricity grid
• Previously worked in development within IT or Technology

We are looking for someone who works in a structured and service-oriented manner. You are also safety-conscious, and your ability to collaborate and communicate both internally and externally is essential for success in the role.
