We are looking for a full-time housekeeper for our hotel operations in beautiful Åre.

The position involves overall responsibility for ensuring that the hotels maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and guest experience. You will be a key person in our daily operations and work closely with the cleaning staff, reception, and other functions.

What you will be working on:

• Leading and planning the daily work for the cleaning team
• Ensuring high quality and standards in hotel rooms and common areas
• Being a problem solver in everyday situations and ensuring smooth workflow
• Introducing and training new staff
• Maintaining ongoing contact with other staff to create the best possible guest experience

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in a similar role within hotels or cleaning organizations
• Is meticulous, structured, and has a strong eye for detail
• Is solution-oriented and enjoys taking responsibility
• Is passionate about service and thrives in a role with a lot of guest contact
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has a B driver's license

About the position

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial probationary period. Start date is according to agreement. The position is located on-site in Åre.
