About the position

The position of Assistant Operations Manager at Humana Norrtälje Hamn is a permanent position at 100%, with a distribution of 80% Assistant Operations Manager and 20% nursing duties. The role includes health care responsibility, personnel responsibility, budget responsibility, quality work, and substituting for the Operations Manager in their absence.

In your role as Assistant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the health care of the operation and driving quality work regarding, among other things, BPSD and palliative care.

You will have personnel responsibility for health care staff and nursing staff at night, and you will contribute to creating engagement and participation while being a support for your staff.

In the role of Assistant Operations Manager, you will primarily work with:

• being responsible for the residence's health care staff and night staff.

• driving development and quality work related to the operation and substituting for the Operations Manager in their absence.

• working as a nurse for part of your duties and educating/mentoring nursing staff in your role.
