As a process operator, you will work shifts with day, evening, and night passes on a rolling schedule. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the operations in the factory and ensuring that everything works as it should.

With us, you are an important part of production. Your main tasks are:

• Process monitoring and optimization: Ensure that machines and processes work as they should.
• Preventive work: Check and address technical problems in time.
• Quality assurance and improvement work: Ensure that operations are as efficient and safe as possible.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure overall functionality.

Who are we looking for?

• Have a high school diploma, preferably in technology or natural sciences (or other relevant experience).
• Have a B driver's license.

It is a plus if you have:

• Education in process or operational technology.
• Experience from the process industry.

About the employment

The position is full-time, permanent with the workplace in Bäckhammar. Start date according to agreement.
