Your Responsibilities

As an industrial painter, you will work in a modern powder coating facility equipped with machines that use electrostatic charging and high automation. You have an understanding of the entire process – from pre-treatment such as blasting, to coating, curing, and delivery. In your role, you will combine tasks as a painter, machine operator, and support for the logistics department. The position is both comprehensive and detailed, where the ability to see both the big picture and the small details is crucial. You will be a key player in the company's product quality and will continuously work to improve and streamline the work process.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with previous experience in industrial coating, who is accustomed to working as a machine operator and preferably has experience as a blaster. You have a relevant industrial technical education, preferably with courses in reading technical drawings, automation, coating methods, forklift operation, and machine knowledge.

To thrive in the group and be successful in the position long-term, you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, hold both a driver's license and a forklift license. You enjoy physical work where you take responsibility for high quality and efficient production. We value your contribution of positive energy, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented attitude.
