Temporary Deputy Bakery Manager

We at ICA Maxi Karlskrona are now looking for an engaged, structured, and driven temporary deputy bakery manager for our bakery. In this role, you will work closely with the bakery manager and play an important part in planning, leading, and following up on daily operations.

You will be involved in production, staffing, and quality work, and contribute to creating a positive work environment where both employees and customers are the focus. We are looking for someone with experience in a bakery, preferably in a leadership role, who enjoys taking responsibility. You are solution-oriented, have an eye for quality, and a genuine interest in food, craftsmanship, and customer service.

Requirements:

Driver's license, previous experience in a leadership position with personnel responsibility.

Scope:

Part-time, Monday-Sunday, starting at 05:00.

Employment Type:

Permanent position with a six-month probationary period.
