DC Transport in Bjuv is now looking for a structured and driven transport manager who wants to help plan, lead, and develop our daily transport flows.
About the position
As a transport manager, you play a key role in daily operations. You are responsible for planning and monitoring transportations and serve as an important link between drivers, customers, and management.
Responsibilities
• Daily transport planning and route optimization
• Leading and distributing work to drivers
• Ongoing contact with customers and partners
• Monitoring deliveries, schedules, and quality
• Handling deviations and real-time problem-solving
• Administrative tasks related to transport operations
We are looking for someone who
• Has experience in transport management, logistics, or trucking operations
• Is stress-resistant, solution-oriented, and structured
• Has good communication skills and leadership qualities
• Is accustomed to working with computers and planning systems
• Mastery of Swedish in both spoken and written form (English is a plus)
• Holds a valid B driver's license
