Smartoptics continues to grow and is now looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Operator who wants to be part of their Operations team in Kista. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for driving and organizing their warehouse, ensuring efficient handling of incoming and outgoing goods, as well as maintaining accurate system records. You will be a key person in keeping their production and logistics running in a structured and reliable manner.

As a Warehouse and Logistics Operator, you are responsible for ensuring that the warehouse is well-organized and that material flows are handled in a safe, secure, and structured manner. You will receive and ship goods, perform incoming inspections, and ensure accurate system registrations in the ERP system according to established processes and routines.

• Receive and unload incoming deliveries.

• Check that deliveries match shipping documents.

• Safe handling, labeling, and placement of materials.

• Perform quality and functionality checks of incoming materials.

• Report deviations, damages, or inaccuracies.

• Correctly register warehouse transactions in the ERP system.

• Ensure that data is updated, accurate, and follows internal processes.

• Follow up and address inventory discrepancies.

• Ensure good warehouse structure, order, and rotation.

• Pack and label outgoing orders.

• Prepare all documentation and ensure quality and compliance.

• Distribute materials internally to various departments.

• Ensure that all internal deliveries are timely and accompanied by correct documentation.

We are looking for someone who is practical, detail-oriented, and enjoys a role with a lot of responsibility and structure. You like to work both independently and closely with the team in production, logistics, and supply chain.

• Experience in warehouse work, logistics, or material handling.

• Experience with ERP systems and warehouse processes (Sage X3 is a plus).

• Good understanding of incoming inspection, packing, and delivery.

• Forklift license or experience is a plus.

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
