On-call nursing assistant for night work

About the position

In the role of Nursing Assistant with us, you actively participate in each patient's rehabilitation and assist in their care to ensure that the patient's needs are met to the greatest extent possible. This position is scheduled for night shifts, which means that you, together with nurses, are responsible for assisting and providing care to our patients/guests during the night. This work includes standard nursing assistant tasks such as documentation, assistance with hygiene, and mobility. There may also be some sampling involved in the work.

At Furuhöjden, we work in teams where many different professional groups collaborate to provide our guests with “Exactly the rehab you need.”

About you

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with a few years of experience in the field. You are confident in yourself and can easily adapt. You enjoy taking responsibility and contributing to the whole. Furthermore, you like to work in a team around the guest/patient, but since our night team often works alone, we also see that you are comfortable working independently when needed. Having a positive attitude and a sense of always giving that “little extra” is something we consider essential.

Requirements:

• Certificate as a Nursing Assistant, protected professional title
• Several years of experience as a Nursing Assistant in a hospital or similar setting
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Experience with TakeCare
• Experience in rehabilitation

Other

This on-call position is scheduled for night shifts, and you will work in this role from 20:45 to 07:15. We have a collective agreement through Almega/Kommunal and apply individual salary setting. Selection and interviews will take place continuously during the spring.
