About us

Linköping Dental Care Team is a well-established general dental clinic with five treatment rooms.

The clinic is newly renovated, modern, and has a stable patient base of all ages. Currently, 12 dedicated employees work here in a warm and collegial work environment. We use the Frenda journal system.

Your role

You will work independently with the usual tasks of a dentist. We work delegated so that everyone in the team can use their full competence.

The position starts with an employment where you will have the opportunity to get to know the clinic and the workgroup. In the long run, there is the possibility to take over the operational responsibility and become a co-owner of Praktikertjänst. During your time as an employee, you will receive support from the current dentist and co-owner to grow as a dentist and as an operational manager.

Future co-ownership

As a co-owner and operational manager, you will be responsible for the clinic's operations. The current operational manager has chosen to delegate certain administrative tasks to a coordinator, such as personnel issues, scheduling, and local/equipment responsibility.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed dentist, preferably with a few years of experience
• Speaks Swedish fluently
• Enjoys working in a delegated manner and in a team
• Has the ambition to eventually take over as a co-owner

You are a team player who values collaboration and wants to contribute to a positive work environment. You are communicative, unpretentious, and engaged.

Practical information

Start: Autumn 2026
