About the Client Company

Do you have experience with CNC-controlled machines and are you looking for a developing role with varied tasks? We are now seeking a dedicated CNC operator for our client company outside Borås.

Job Responsibilities

As a CNC operator, you will:

• Monitor the machine and ensure that production runs smoothly.
• Set up, program, and change tools.
• Refill materials and perform control measurements.
• Work with various types of milling machines, lathes, and grinding machines.

Working hours are arranged in two shifts starting by agreement.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous and quality-conscious and takes responsibility for their work. You work in a structured manner with a good ability to plan and prioritize. You have a desire to develop and contribute to improvements, enjoy both teamwork and independent work, and deliver high quality.

To succeed in the role of CNC operator with our client, we would like you to:

Requirements:

• Have education and/or industrial experience with CNC-controlled machines.
• Be accustomed to programming and setting machines.
• Have good knowledge of reading technical drawings and measurement techniques.
• Have good proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Have a driver's license and access to a car.

Meritorious:

• Experience with quality control and working according to set tolerances.
• Experience with measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
• Knowledge of machining brass and/or steel.
