Baker/Pastry Chef

For the 2026 season, we are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable baker/pastry chef for our café. (April - September)

A completed bakery/pastry education is required, as well as work experience in the profession.

Plantmarknaden Trädgård & Café in Lindesberg is the destination for the whole family, and one of Sweden's most well-stocked garden stores with over 100,000 visitors each season. Café Lusthuset is renowned for its delicious shrimp sandwiches and pastries, and is a destination in itself.

You can plan and take responsibility for the daily work, making orders to ensure there are always goods available for production.

You plan production economically and efficiently and can calculate production costs.

You are responsible for dishwashing and cleaning in the bakery.

Your tasks include assisting with all relevant tasks in a café as needed, e.g. cold kitchen, cash register, serving, and cleaning.
