JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for 2 employees who, based in Mörbylånga, will strengthen the work team during the summer season of 2026. Start is expected in April and the position will last until the end of September.

We offer a varied job with diverse tasks within green space maintenance and landscaping work. The assignment includes, among other things, lawn mowing, nature area maintenance, road maintenance, waste management, installation and maintenance of fixed outdoor equipment such as playgrounds, signs, trash cans, etc. The workday may consist of both planned and unforeseen tasks that you, together with the team leader and other colleagues, organize, prioritize, and carry out. Scheduled weekend work will occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this position, you need to be comfortable meeting and communicating with the municipality's residents and visitors in a service-oriented manner. You have good initiative and take responsibility for ensuring that your tasks are carried out effectively and maintain good quality. You work well both independently and in a team.

Possession of at least a B driver's license is a requirement.

It is an advantage if you have:

• previous experience in green space maintenance and plant knowledge
• certificates for Work on the Road, chainsaw work, and/or brush cutter
• extended B license (B96) and/or BE license
