In our cold forging department, material is processed from wire to finished screws. As an operator, your responsibility is to set up machines, monitor processes, check quality, and manage outcomes in our administrative systems.

Together with your team, you will be responsible for one or more machines in multi-machine operations, ensuring that production occurs efficiently, safely, and with the highest quality.

Our machines are partially automated but also require manual adjustments and hands-on work due to our high quality standards for the products we manufacture.

Operator maintenance of machines is included in the role. Using manufacturing orders, you will plan and structure your workday to be as productive as possible. You have the opportunity to take responsibility for your work and any issues that arise. If you need assistance, experienced colleagues and the technical organization are available for support.

Profile:

The individuals who succeed best with us are those who have a strong interest in machines and mechanics—not necessarily those with the longest experience in industry. Perhaps you have driven rally cars, motocross, or engaged in other mechanics-related hobbies in your spare time? In addition to your interest in mechanics, you also have a general interest in technology and are a proficient computer user.

Good Swedish in both spoken and written form is a prerequisite for the role.

A forklift license is advantageous as forklift driving is included in the job.
