About the employment

The position is a full-time job of 38.75 hours/week, starting immediately. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:45.

LEBO Production AB is a medium-sized company with about 30 employees. Our customers are some of the largest in the world within their industries. The company was founded in 2003, and our operations primarily consist of the development and refinement of rubber, silicone, and plastic products. The company is located in the Länna industrial area in Skogås, where we have been since our inception.

About the role

We are looking for a production worker as the business is expanding.

This is a fun and varied job where the team rotates tasks.

About you

You are an engaged person who is curious and interested in learning new tasks and constantly improving yourself. You should be able to easily take instructions and be a meticulous person with patience.

We do not require that you have previously worked with any of these tasks or machines. We place great importance on your personal qualities and your willingness to learn new tasks and work as a team. You will receive training from our seniors until you master the tasks and machines independently. Being physically strong is a plus, as some days can be very physically demanding.

The tasks include, among others:

· Cutting and preparing rubber sheets

· Gluing and taping

· Packaging

· Assembly

· Marking/Stamping

· Cleaning

· Incoming goods inspection

· Die-cutting

· Plastic welding

· Booking of materials and manufacturing orders

· Unloading, loading, and moving materials with a pallet jack or forklift

Our machinery includes, among others:

· Large die-cutting machines

· Small die-cutting machines

· Marking machines (stamping machines)

· Sewing machines

· Stripping machines, large and small

· Tape laminating machine

· Plastic welder

· Automated cutting machines (CNC)

· Planing machine for splitting rubber sheets

Qualifications:

· Swedish spoken and written.

Meritorious:

· Forklift license

· Other languages

· Other work experience.

· Ability to read and interpret drawings
