About the position

At Trädgårdsanläggare Hallblom AB, we are now looking for a project manager with an interest in private customers and project management. The role involves leading and being responsible for our private customer projects – from quotation and planning to execution, follow-up, and invoicing.

We work with everything from garden landscaping, paving, planting, and carpentry to tree care and ongoing maintenance. As a project manager, you will be a key person ensuring that the work maintains high quality and that the customer feels secure throughout the process.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing private customer projects from first contact to completion
• Conducting customer visits, consultations, and site inspections
• Preparing quotes, timelines, and material lists
• Leading staff and planning resources in the projects
• Working in CAD and producing simpler drawings/sketches for gardens, site planning, and carpentry solutions
• Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
• Ensuring documentation, self-checks, and quality
• Maintaining ongoing dialogue with customers and following up on projects
• Invoicing and handling additional work as needed

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a project manager in landscaping, gardening, or construction
• Is accustomed to customer contact and enjoys private customer relationships
• Has good structure, can plan and prioritize in daily tasks
• Is solution-oriented and enjoys juggling multiple tasks
• Has CAD skills (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and enjoys drawing, planning, and visualizing
• Has financial insight and understanding of calculations and follow-up
• Has good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• Has a valid driver's license (B)

Meritorious:

• Education as a gardener, landscape engineer, construction engineer, or equivalent
• Experience in project planning, drawing work, and material selection
• Experience in contract law or customer agreements

Employment type

Permanent position, full-time (40 hours/week). We apply a 6-month probationary period.

Working hours

Monday–Thursday: 06:45 – 16:15

Friday: 06:45 – 13:15
