Technical Preparer – Project Employment

About the Role

As a technical preparer at SweProd, you have a central role between customer requirements, technology, and production. You ensure that our products are manufacturable, correctly prepared, and ready for production, with the right quality from the start.

The role is close to operations and suits you who enjoy technical challenges, structure, and collaboration across departmental boundaries.

Responsibilities

Review drawings, specifications, and customer requirements. Ensure manufacturability based on our processes. Develop and update production documentation (work cards, operation sequences, control points). Provide technical support to production for questions, changes, and deviations. Contribute to quality assurance and preventive improvement work.

Who are you?

We see that you have a technical background in industry/production/preparation. Familiar with reading and interpreting drawings. You are structured, solution-oriented, and communicative. You thrive close to production and in collaboration with others.

Logistics Employee – Temporary Position

About the Role

The logistics department at SweProd is the last step before our products reach the customer. The role is business-critical and combines quality, order, administration, and practical work.

You are responsible for ensuring that the right product, in the right condition and with the correct invoicing, leaves the company.

Responsibilities

You will work with inspection and control of all items and products before delivery. Ensure the right item, quantity, execution, and quality. Pack products correctly and safely. Prepare and send deliveries. Invoice delivered items. Ensure that invoicing documentation is accurate (item, quantity, price, customer). Maintain good order in deliveries, items, and documentation.

Who are you?

Very meticulous and structured. Comfortable with numbers and administration. Have a strong sense of order and take great responsibility. Calm, stable, and reliable even in a fast-paced environment.

It is also an advantage if you have a forklift license.
