Capio Norrlandskliniken operates a health center, specialist clinic, occupational health care, and radiology services under one roof in Umeå. The Norrlandskliniken health center has 11,800 registered patients and has been a well-established healthcare provider in the region since its inception in 2008. Capio Norrlandskliniken has 60 employees.

You will primarily work at a health center. The ST training always begins with a period of service at your own health center.

As a resident physician in general medicine, you will have a highly varied job involving the investigation and treatment of patients of all ages. You will collaborate closely with other professionals at the clinic and handle both scheduled and urgent visits.

The training includes side training, for example at hospital clinics and their outpatient departments, as well as courses, literature studies (study time of 4 hours per week for full-time), and other theoretical education.

You will have a personal supervisor here at the health center. When you work at other workplaces than the health center, you will also have a supervisor within the respective specialty.

Full-time residency in general medicine.

Capio Norrlandskliniken is a workplace with an open atmosphere where we learn from and care for each other. We believe in short decision-making paths and present managers. We also offer wellness grants and breakfast every Friday.

You have a Swedish medical license. Furthermore, we see that you have an interest in specializing in general medicine.

We prefer that you are responsible and have good organizational skills. You enjoy challenges, want to be involved in the development of the health center, and see collaboration with colleagues as important parameters.
