Our 1800 employees work with close care and health in Uppsala County. We offer a wide range of services within primary care. Our patients meet us at Region Uppsala's own health centers or within habilitation, and we provide advice over the phone via 1177. Education, research, and development are important to us as we adapt our services based on the needs of the residents. We already offer mobile teams, video visits, and smart e-services.

We are looking for a nurse who wants to be part of our wonderful team and develop together with us. We are now offering a one-year temporary position with start date by agreement. The position is full-time, but the working hours can be discussed based on the applicant's wishes.

Your mission

Your tasks include a varied job as a nurse at the health center, such as assessing/helping patients in telephone counseling, via e-services, and in direct meetings in planned reception or minor acute care. It is important for us that you have good collaboration skills. You will collaborate with other colleagues who have different professional backgrounds. We actively work to improve patient flows through triage and booking for all professions at the health center.

Your competence

We are looking for a licensed nurse, preferably with experience from primary care. Previous experience with Cosmic, telephone counseling, and triage is an advantage.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, which for us means that you want to contribute to a good work environment by being positive, having a flexible working style, and good ability to collaborate with others in the team, while also having the experience and drive to work independently.

Our operations

The health center belongs to the management of Close Care and Health, Region Uppsala. In the rapidly growing area around Gränby Center, we have our new health center. We are about 45 employees who together offer most of what is available in primary care, and everyone at the health center works to provide our patients with the best possible care. Rasbo Health Center is our branch.
