If so, you are the one we are looking for for the position of occupational therapist at Bra Liv Sävsjö Health Center and Vrigstad Health Center branch.

The Role of Occupational Therapist

As an occupational therapist in our team, you will work with standard occupational therapy tasks such as assessments and follow-ups with patients with cognitive impairments and hand rehabilitation. You will also care for patients with everything from minor traumas and overuse injuries to chronic pain.

You will also meet patients with mental health issues who have challenges with activity balance and stress management. Your work will also include conducting dementia assessments and leading or participating in group activities.

We have 2 occupational therapists working with us, and we have a close collaboration between different professional categories at the health center to ensure the best possible care for our patients. The position is permanent full-time (100%) with a start date to be agreed upon.

Your Profile

We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist who wants a varied job! We consider it an advantage if you have:

• experience in primary care
• basic training in hand rehabilitation
• experience working with activity structure and activity balance
• training or experience in working with pain/stress management

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
