The Role of Nurse/District Nurse

You will have a varied, stimulating, and diverse job with regular tasks at a health center. You work Monday – Friday with some on-call duties in the evenings and weekends. The position is a permanent full-time employment (100%) with a start date according to agreement.

The Bra Liv health centers are the regionally driven primary care in Jönköping County and consist of 33 health centers. Our goal is "Better health for all," which we achieve by showing care, thinking holistically, and creating quality. The health center consists of a centrally located facility in Eksjö center, a branch in Kvarnarp, and a branch in Mariannelund, as well as a nearby reception at Ica Supermarket in Eksjö.

Your Profile

We are now looking for you who are a licensed nurse or district nurse. Experience in asthma/COPD and diabetes clinics is an advantage. Since work in the evenings and weekends may occur at our urgent care, a B driver's license is required for the position. We would also like you to have experience in telephone counseling in Tele Q, reception work, and primary care experience. Digital healthcare experience is an advantage but not a requirement.

You can work independently but also together with various professional groups, are engaged and responsible, and understand the importance of good communication. You are flexible and want to develop and improve the operations together with us. You absorb new knowledge and can serve as a knowledge resource for your colleagues. You adjust your work, communication, and approach based on the patient and situation. The position also includes some administrative tasks, such as managing patient lists for doctors. For us, a positive attitude towards your colleagues and your work is also very important. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
