Technical Warehouse Coordinator Wanted for Established Company

An established company in network connectivity is now seeking a structured technical warehouse coordinator! Here you will have the chance to become the spider in the web in a family-like environment, shape your own routines in a newly created position, and create the structure the business needs. You will work independently with inventory management and logistics, handling everything from forklift driving to goods reception and supporting technicians with the right materials at the right time.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a warehouse coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating incoming goods to a larger warehouse in Jordbro. You will be an important part of the operation, focusing on creating structure and flow for all incoming and outgoing goods. This may involve technical and heavy items, such as transformers and similar electrical components, where you need to order unloading assistance as the regular forklift in the warehouse cannot handle the heaviest items.

You will work independently with a high level of responsibility and be trusted to ensure that logistics work for our technicians and projects. The role is new, which means you will be a key person in maintaining order and structure in an environment where safety and organization are crucial. You will receive an introduction to the warehouse layout and the basic workflows, but much of the structure you will need to create yourself.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

The work involves material analysis, testing, development, and optimization of various types of materials. You will contribute to solving complex material challenges and ensuring that products meet the highest possible standards.

Meet trucks and be responsible for loading and unloading goods.
Coordinate the loan of tools and materials to service technicians.
Forklift driving indoors and outdoors (counterbalance and reach truck) as well as handling heavy goods.
Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse and yard, including snow removal and waste management.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Holds a forklift license (A1 + B1-2) and has good driving experience.
Is highly organized and has a very good sense of order.
Is safety-conscious and has a clean background (the position requires a security check and credit control).
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have:

A technical interest and experience in handling technical/electrical goods.
Experience working in business or warehouse systems.
Experience in independently planning and organizing warehouse areas.
