The Rosenborg Unit consists of grades F–3 and the after-school program at Majtop School and grades 4–9, a municipal special education group, and the adapted primary school at Rosenborg School. In total, the Rosenborg Unit has about 920 students. There is a music and sports profile at the high school level that students from all over the municipality apply to. You will work in a team and be a mentor to students in a class. Together with colleagues, you will make the students' entire school day both safe and full of knowledge! Study focus is important to us, which is why we have common lesson structures in our daily work with the students. In the coming school year, we will continue to strengthen our student health team at the school.

Your responsibilities

You will be part of a pleasant team where skilled and professional teachers collaborate around our high school students. We want our students to be involved and feel secure in a joyful learning environment and offer them varied teaching and activities. In the team, we work together to develop our teaching, and we place great importance on planning, implementation, and follow-up of teaching, not least relationship building.
We are looking for you who are a certified teacher in visual arts for grades 7-9 but also have qualifications in another subject. Together with colleagues, you will actively work to develop teaching in the various subjects. It is of utmost importance that you have a positive attitude towards our students and have a great ability to see our students' potential. As a person, you need to be solution-focused and development-oriented and have good communication skills. You thrive in an environment that places high demands on flexibility, decisiveness, and social competence. We are open to new ideas, have the courage to try, develop, and learn.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a qualified, skilled, and driven educator. Experience of previous work at the high school level is an advantage. We place great importance on collaboration skills, pedagogical leadership, and personal maturity. You have good classroom leadership that conveys a clear structure, safety, clear expectations, and relationship building. Your fundamental view is characterized by seeing possibilities and having a positive and inclusive attitude. You are independent and confident in your competence and take responsibility and see collaboration as an important part of succeeding in the assignment. You should be familiar with the governing documents and how they and the systematic quality work support and develop teaching and results. Being clear, structured, and agreeing with us on working together is the key to success.

Personal qualities:
- You are professional in your role, take responsibility, are engaged, motivated, brave, and driven, and contribute to the work with continuous improvements.
- You have good collaboration skills, easily create good relationships, and collaborate with students, guardians, the team, the school's student health team, and school management.
- In your pedagogical leadership, you are a clear leader, and in the classroom, you have the ability to create an accessible learning environment characterized by safety, study focus, trust, and respect.

Requirements:
- Degree with teaching certification from a teacher training college with qualifications in visual arts.
- The willingness and drive to develop teaching at our school.
- You are well acquainted with LGR 22 and are familiar with the revised curricula.
- You see the advantages of close collaboration and understand the importance of creating good relationships.
- You use digital tools when they enhance learning.
- You have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.

Meritorious:
- Preferably experience of working interdisciplinary.

- Qualification in several subjects
- It is good if you have experience with students in need of extra adjustments and also with NPF variations.
