Job Responsibilities

The job consists of academic supervision of master's theses at an advanced level in computer science, primarily in the field of machine learning.

The position is temporary, nominally 50% for six months (can be adjusted by agreement depending on the start date). The position will be placed at the department of TCS (https://www.kth.se/cs/tcs/).

Qualifications

Requirements

• Completed degree at the undergraduate or advanced level (higher education) in the subject of the position or equivalent competence.
• Previous experience in writing scientific reports,
• Excellent ability to read and comment on technical English as required in daily work.
• Solid knowledge in computer science and computer engineering, from own studies and/or work experience,
• Awareness of diversity and equal treatment issues with a particular focus on gender equality,
• Very good ability to independently structure and carry out work.

Meritorious

• Previous experience in teaching and/or supervising student work, knowledge in machine learning and deep learning, as well as completed doctoral education is meritorious.
