Your Main Responsibilities

Preparation, planning, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Troubleshooting and restoring equipment, documenting work, and working to eliminate root causes of wear.
Problem-solving using Lean tools.
Collecting data, analyzing, improving, and eliminating recurring faults in components.
Participating in improvement work and developing activities based on conducted analyses.

You are accustomed to following work instructions and have the ability to work efficiently to ensure high quality in your work. This position is scheduled in a 5-shift rotation.

Requirements:

You have a high school diploma with a technical focus, preferably in control and regulation technology and/or mechanics.
You have documented experience with TPM-related tasks.
You have good initiative and the ability to generate ideas and solve problems independently.
You are used to and enjoy working at a fast pace in a demanding and developing environment.
You have good communication skills and can express yourself verbally and in writing, both in Swedish and English.

Meritorious:

Previous experience in maintenance work in cleanroom environments (RKC environment).
Experience in electrical and/or automation work.
