We are now looking for a service technician for NTM Sweden in Högdalen!

About the position

As a service technician at NTM in Högdalen, you will work with service, maintenance, and repair of the company's garbage truck units and associated equipment. The role is practical and varied, involving both workshop work and field service at customer sites.

Your tasks include troubleshooting and resolving issues in hydraulics, pneumatics, and vehicle electronics, as well as mechanical work such as assembly, grinding, welding, and replacement of spare parts and components. You will also be responsible for service, repairs, and installation of auxiliary equipment, always with a focus on quality, safety, and functionality.

The work involves ongoing customer contact where you represent NTM and deliver top-class service. The role is independent, but you are part of a close-knit team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are a natural part of everyday life. Travel may occur in connection with customer assignments and field service.

We are looking for someone who

To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you have a genuine technical interest and a strong desire to understand and solve technical problems. You are practical, responsible, and enjoy working both independently and with others.

We would like you to have:

  • A strong technical interest, preferably experience in tinkering in your spare time, such as with cars or machinery
  • Experience in mechanical or technical work is an advantage
  • Education in vehicle technology or similar is an advantage
  • Good problem-solving skills and a structured approach to work
  • The ability to work in a team and handle varying tasks
  • Swedish spoken and written is a requirement
