Property Caretaker Needed for Temporary Assignment in Åkersberga

We are currently looking for a self-driven and service-oriented property caretaker for a temporary assignment in Åkersberga. The assignment starts immediately in January 2026 and lasts for 2 months, possibly longer. Full-time, Monday–Friday from 07:00 to 16:00.

About the Position

As a property caretaker, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the property, both indoors and outdoors. You will perform minor repairs, manage waste and recycling, and ensure that the external environment is kept in good condition. The role also involves contact with tenants and service users, which requires a strong sense of service and good communication skills.

Your Main Responsibilities

Examples of tasks include:

• Preventive maintenance and minor repairs
• Supervision and maintenance of facilities and machinery
• Waste management and recycling
• Cleaning (litter picking, emptying trash bins, etc.)
• Daily contact with tenants and reporting of discrepancies

You will also be responsible for documenting and reporting completed work, following applicable routines, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Who Are You?

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a property caretaker
• High school education or equivalent professional experience
• Driver's license (manual transmission)
• Basic computer skills

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented. You are quick-thinking, confident in your professional role, and have good experience working independently.
