About the Position

We are looking for machine operators for upcoming assignments with our client in Malmö. As a machine operator, you will be responsible for monitoring production according to established routines and production schedules. You will ensure that the machines are properly set up, that production flows according to plan, and that any deviations are handled quickly and professionally. The role involves close collaboration with other operators and technicians to achieve high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

The position as a machine operator is a consulting assignment via Adecco for 6 months. If the opportunity arises, it may then transition into employment with the client. The position involves shift work that can vary between 3- and 5-shift schedules. Start date is to be agreed upon.

Important for the Position:

Drive and commitment to develop in the role
Initiative
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

Previous experience as an assembler/operator
Previous experience in the food industry
Forklift license
