About the Job

The Radiology department in Varberg offers you a varied job with fast workflows.

We perform everything from basic radiological examinations to advanced imaging diagnostics and various types of punctures, where you as a nursing assistant will assist in a sterile manner. We have a close collaboration with different professional groups and a good camaraderie.

You will assist and collaborate with radiology nurses or radiologists in various sections and prepare patients for examinations. You will become part of the team around the patient.

We provide individual introductions based on your experiences to ensure you have a good start. Your weekly working hours will vary depending on your shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly nights later on. Initially, you will work daytime to get accustomed to the job.

About the Workplace

The Radiology department in Varberg is a modern radiology clinic that conducts both emergency and planned activities. Here, radiologists, radiology nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries work closely together, and the workplace is characterized by good camaraderie. We have both emergency and planned operations and are open around the clock.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant. If you have experience from radiology, this is an advantage. To succeed and thrive in the role of a nursing assistant, we see that you are a person with good collaboration skills and a sense of service. You enjoy interacting with people and making them feel welcome and well-treated. You are open and accessible in your approach to people and have a professional demeanor. You also have the ability to be flexible in your work and can take initiative. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
