ABOUT THE POSITION

As a project manager, you will belong to our client's R&D department where continuous learning, collaboration, and process development are at the forefront.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

• Plan, establish, and drive R&D projects in line with our client's overall portfolio
• Develop detailed plans, timelines, resource estimates, and risk analyses, and follow up against milestones and budget
• Identify and manage risks associated with new solutions, and develop strategies to address them
• Drive requirements analysis, feasibility studies, solution development, and documentation
• Collaborate with internal and external development teams, manufacturers, testing facilities, product owners, line managers, and other stakeholders throughout the project
• Contribute to the team's collective development through knowledge sharing, quality work, and continuous improvements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has experience in project management, preferably within power electronics or high-voltage equipment, or another technical field
• Has documented experience leading projects from start to finish
• Has knowledge of project methods such as Agile and/or Waterfall, with the ability to adapt working methods to the project's needs
• Has very good English skills, both spoken and written

It is a merit if you have:

• Experience collaborating with external research organizations and suppliers
• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish
