Industrial Painter Wanted at Heidelberg Materials Precast Contiga

Heidelberg Materials Precast Contiga is looking for an experienced industrial painter for our steel workshop in Norrtälje. We manufacture prefabricated steel frames where all coating and spray painting is done in our own fine facilities. As a painter with us, you will be an important part of a team with ten welders and production workers.

Your Future Role

You will primarily work in the painting department where you will be responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently, correctly, and in accordance with established safety and quality standards. Your role will also involve assisting in other work areas to collectively meet the planned production.

Your Profile

We expect you to have:

• Experience in painting/coating, preferably industrial painting (spray painting with two-component paint)
• Knowledge of paint as well as safety and quality standards
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

It is considered an advantage if you are a certified surface and corrosion protection painter (previously known as Diploma Painter Training) and have experience in manufacturing steel structures or working in the industry.

With us, you will work independently in our painting department, which means you need to be confident in your professional role, self-driven, and flexible. You are meticulous and have an eye for detail – quality is something you value highly.

At the same time, collaboration is an important part of our daily routine. We solve today's challenges together and have been working with daily management for several years, where the group collectively plans the work.
