We are now looking for someone who wants to play a key role in ensuring that information access flows smoothly within an exciting and large hydropower project in our unit in Jämtland County, with your first project located in Östersund.

About the role as Data Coordinator
In this cross-project role, you will work closely with planning, design, production, project management, and not least our client, supporting them in ensuring that all information is saved and available throughout the project's lifecycle, in accordance with NCC's information management procedures and company-wide guidelines. All project members and external partners should have access to the right information at the right time. This role is organizationally placed under the staff and supports the respective production block.

Your administration and work with the project's information and documentation ensure that the right information is easily accessible to all concerned. You ensure that the project's structure for document & information management matches our working method as we work in a collaborative project based on both systems and needs. 

• Ensure the correct information and data management structure and access to information and workspaces 
• Create, develop, and maintain information storage according to both the client and NCC's document library. Under the overarching structure, you will work with Microsoft 365 and a large number of associated applications. 
• Create instructions and guides for all project members - based on their different needs - to ensure that everyone knows how and where to find the information that concerns them 
• Conduct training for new team members in the project, such as training KMA, UE based on the same as above regarding instructions and guides

You will report to the project manager for the project.

About Hydropower Sweden
Hydropower Sweden is a nationwide unit specialized in hydropower and also operates local construction and land activities. The unit consists of about 170 employees and is divided into three production manager groups, with this role belonging to Hydropower Mitt. Hydropower Sweden is part of the Civil North department.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a technical education from a university or vocational college combined with a few years of experience in a similar role and tasks. It is an advantage if you have experience from construction projects and understand the needs of the different functions and roles. Experience in a similar role in another type of complex operation is also highly meritorious. 

You bring digital skills to create the best possible information storage, dissemination, and user-friendliness regarding finding and working with information and documentation. You are comfortable with the entire Office 365 suite and have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You are well-organized to create the right structure and user-friendliness. Furthermore, you have the ability to build good relationships and enjoy working in a team. As a person, you are patient, service-oriented, and pedagogical to help everyone in a large project work with information, documentation, and data storage in the best possible way.

You have the drive and ownership to own, drive, and develop your area of responsibility. You are also motivated by contributing to the project's progress by making information easily accessible to all parts of the project organization. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

Additional information
The position is permanent with placement on-site at our project office in Östersund, where your first project is located and will last for about 3 years. After this, the location of projects may vary. A prerequisite for succeeding in the role is that you work on-site daily.

Start date by agreement. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position, as in the hydropower group we work where our clients and projects are, so you must be prepared to commute weekly to our projects. This position will be background checked in accordance with NCC's safety culture. 

The department works with security-classified projects.
