I am a technical partner who contributes with improvements and collaborates closely with various teams, from project managers to service technicians. My customers range from small industries to large construction contractors and government agencies.”

Your role:

We are looking for someone who enjoys a challenging job, and for the right person, it will mean the opportunity to further develop their professional skills. You will be part of a service team of three, where everyone is somewhat of a technical expert in their field.

Specific tasks:

• Work service-oriented with troubleshooting and minor lock installations.
• Plan and execute your work independently in close collaboration with project managers, salespeople, designers, and other service technicians.
• Ensure a good customer experience, work on improvement measures, and upselling.

📍 Location: Uppsala, and you will work from home or from our office in Uppsala. The work takes place in Uppsala and surrounding areas. Travel within the region is a natural part of the job.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in a lock technician role, where you have worked with both mechanical and electronic locking solutions, as well as experience with door automation.
• Have good computer skills and an interest in systems – development moves quickly here and often focuses on IT.
• Possessing a journeyman or master’s certificate is advantageous.

Basic competencies:

• Education at the high school level or vocational training. Relevant specialization in locks is an advantage.
• Driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken.
