In Hassela

In Hassela lies Ersk-Matsgården, a farm from the mid-1800s. Visitors can stroll among the fifteen old buildings and experience the feeling of the past, enjoy coffee in the courtyard, and listen to guides telling stories about the people and life on the farm long ago. This is an operation run by the municipal unit Culture & Leisure since 2018. A wonderful and lively workplace with both people and animals where something fun is always happening.

Your Mission

We are now looking for two people for the kitchen and serving at Ersk-Matsgården. The work is scheduled during the summer season on the days the farm is open to visitors and at special events outside the farm's opening hours. You will be part of a team of serving staff, guides, caretakers, and more.

If you have an interest and a willingness to learn about the "old food" that is prepared and served at Ersk-Mats, work on a historic farm with old buildings, and feel that this is a suitable challenge for you, we look forward to hearing from you.

Job Scope

The employment starts on June 29 and lasts until August 10. You will work Monday to Friday with varying working hours according to a schedule.

Qualifications

You should have education or work experience that the employer deems relevant. You express yourself well in Swedish both orally and in writing. You hold a B driver's license.

Meritorious

Previous work experience from a café or restaurant is meritorious.

Personal Qualities

You are service-oriented and can easily meet different personalities in a way that makes everyone feel comfortable. You have the ability to listen and show empathy and respect.

You have the ability to plan and organize your work. Furthermore, you find it easy to set goals, organize resources, follow up, and complete activities.
