The role of a cleaner with us

With us, you will be part of a team where you work independently for sustainable cleaning. As an employee, you will be offered professional development in various forms such as training, participation in project groups, and collaboration. Thanks to our operations throughout Kungsbacka municipality, we also enable others to conduct their businesses.

In the role of service employee, in addition to cleaning, tasks include kitchen service, dish handling, serving conference orders, and managing coffee machines. Additionally, administrative tasks such as handling various orders and sorting and delivering mail to the entire municipality are included. We work together as a team where we help each other – which means that you may sometimes need to assist with other tasks.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old, service-oriented, and enjoys working both independently and in a group. Communication is an important part of our operations, both with colleagues and others in the workplace. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written. For certain positions, a B driver's license is required. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. It is an advantage if you have documented experience in cleaning.

Our offer and additional information

We offer permanent full-time positions with placement according to agreement. We have flexible working hours and there is an opportunity to influence your working hours when the operations allow it.
