About the position

The resource group of FM Services covers for absences – both for urgent needs on the same day and for planned leave.

You and your colleagues work with daily cleaning based on orders and also have recurring tasks such as deep cleaning and floor care. You work throughout Halmstad Municipality and plan your days together to best meet the needs of customers and operations. The flexibility of the assignment makes the job both varied and developing.

Some orders also involve simpler tasks in large kitchens, such as dishwashing and salad preparation.

Since your work is driven by orders, working hours vary and may include day, evening, and weekend shifts according to a schedule. The resource group of FM Services uses a shared scheduling system where you plan eight weeks at a time as a team. The schedule is primarily driven by the needs of the operations but also gives you the opportunity to participate in your schedule, in consultation with your colleagues.

Your qualifications

To thrive and succeed in the role, you are flexible, self-driven, and solution-oriented. Since the content of the workdays varies, you need to be able to adapt quickly and take responsibility for ensuring that the work is performed with high quality. You always provide a professional response and the best possible service – both to customers and colleagues. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

You have previous experience working in cleaning services.

You need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, to be able to follow instructions and collaborate with colleagues, customers, and supervisors.

Since the position involves driving, a B driver's license is required.

It is meritorious if you:

• have experience in floor care
• have SRY or PRYL training
• have training as a kitchen assistant or experience working in large kitchens
