You will belong to a unit where you can develop and grow, both as an individual and together with others.

Your Responsibilities

As a property manager, you will have a varied job that combines technology, economics, and administration. You will be responsible for both long-term planning and daily issues related to your property portfolio. The work is diverse and developmental. You will be part of a team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are central.

Your tasks include, among other things:

  • Management of offices, premises, and large kitchens.
  • Responsible for conducting tenant meetings at the operational level.
  • Ensure that regulatory requirements are met and followed in assigned properties.
  • In dialogue with tenants, perform operational adjustments and planned maintenance.
  • Drive simpler projects within your property portfolio.
  • Participate in procurements, specifications, and evaluations of framework agreements.

Who Are You?

You have relevant property-related education in technology, economics, or equivalent. A B driver's license is required for the position.

We consider it an advantage if you have experience in commercial property management or similar roles where you have developed a good understanding of property economics and lease law. Knowledge of property technical systems is a plus, as is experience in handling complex or specially adapted premises. You thrive in a role where you can work both strategically and operationally and preferably have experience from municipal operations.

You are self-driven and flexible. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, have the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships, and work in a structured manner, you are the one we are looking for.
