We are looking for you who are seeking a long-term part-time job, you want/can work 1-3 shifts a week alongside your studies, your own business, or your sports commitment. During the summer, full-time work is offered, and there is also extra work around holidays.  As a Warehouse Employee at Dagab's central warehouse in Hässleholm, you play a crucial role in ensuring that food reaches City Gross stores across the country – on time and with the right quality. It is an important mission where your contribution makes a difference every day.

Do you lack a forklift license? No problem, you get it for free! Work takes place in 4 different departments, grocery, chilled, frozen, and special. This means that you may work in different temperatures, from -26 degrees to room temperature.

As a Warehouse Employee at Dagab, the main job responsibilities are:

• Picking and packing orders - You complete orders according to store requests. The work is done with the help of a forklift and pick-by-voice (a voice-controlled picking system that helps you pick correctly).

In the long term, other tasks may also become relevant.

In this role, you will work daytime, distributed over three different shifts.

Monday - Friday:

Daytime 06:00-14:40 or 09:20-18:00

Saturdays:

Daytime 06:00-14:40

Sundays:

Daytime 08:00-16:40

The position starts with forklift training (half-day) on Friday + then a week of full-time training. Training is ongoing from the beginning of 2026 and onwards.  This training is mandatory for everyone hired in the role. Training Times: 

• Forklift training 08:00-12:00 on Fridays

• Training (the week after forklift training) Monday - Friday 07:00-15:45

The position is a part-time job where you are mainly booked for work week by week in consultation with our Team Leader on site.

Dagab creates, stocks, and delivers the assortment to the Axfood group's chains such as Hemköp, Willys, City Gross, Snabbgross, Urban Deli, and Apohem. We also develop our own brands, including Garant, Eldorado, and Såklart. 

• You must be at least 18 years old

• Available for work 1-3 shifts per week

• Good Swedish in speech and writing 

• Have another main occupation of at least 50% (for example, studying, sports, running your own business, or other work that you can verify with a certificate)

• Forklift license A1-4

• Work experience from warehousing, logistics, or similar

• Previous experience of physical work

• Positive if you have been or are active in any sport

You have a positive attitude and like to take responsibility, whether it is about respecting times, maintaining good quality, or achieving set goals. You are comfortable being followed up on your performance and are motivated by receiving clear feedback on a job well done.

To thrive in the role, good physical condition is required, and you take care of your health, as you perform repeated lifts, so it is important that you work in an ergonomically correct way and appreciate keeping your body active. Your ability to cooperate and contribute to a good atmosphere in the group is important regardless of differences in perspective, culture, background, or language. You also need to enjoy working independently in the warehouse, as you move over large areas with limited social contacts while performing your tasks. Other personal qualities are also valued.
