Your role
As a Quality Coordinator, you will be a key person in the organization's quality and management work. You will work closely with production and ensure that routines, standards, and regulations are followed, developed, and communicated clearly to employees. You will drive improvement work, interpret requirements, and translate them into practical solutions while creating engagement and clarity around the company's quality, environmental, and sustainability goals.
Your tasks will include:
- Monitoring and documentation of deviations, rounds, and quality controls
- Working with food safety goals and planning training sessions
- Participation in HACCP work, verifications, and validations
- Working with aspect lists, risk assessments, and stakeholder analysis according to ISO 14001
- Planning and conducting audits
- Feedback on results, goal status, and areas for improvement
Who are you?
We are looking for a communicative, pedagogical, and curious person with an eye for structure and improvements. You are responsible and questioning in a constructive way, and you have an interest in development. Furthermore, we see that you have a basic understanding of how production and management systems are interconnected.
To fit the role, we see that you:
- Have good system skills and basic IT knowledge
- Master the Swedish and English languages well in both spoken and written form
- Have previous experience from production or quality-related tasks
Good to know
- Scope: Part-time position with the possibility of full-time work. Assignment for approximately 6 months.
- Start: Immediately
- Working hours: Daytime
