Your tasks – the role where everything is connected

As Parts Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that our technicians and salespeople always have the right spare parts and accessories available – a key to both efficiency and customer satisfaction. You lead and develop our parts warehouse and accessories store with a focus on order, profitability, and sustainable processes.

You are responsible for, among other things:

  • Operations, turnover, and results for the parts department

  • Inventory value, inventory structure, and minimizing obsolescence

  • Driving the department towards set goals and key performance indicators

  • Active collaboration with external workshops and partners

  • Identifying and implementing improvements for more efficient flows

But above all, you are a present and engaged leader – and it is leadership that is at the center. You take responsibility for the entire employment cycle: recruitment, management, skills development, engagement, and workplace environment.

We are looking for someone who is…

A confident and business-driven leader who enjoys taking responsibility and achieving results together with others. You are used to leading teams, driving development, and maintaining a higher perspective where the customer experience is always in focus.

We believe you have:

  • Experience in business-oriented and personnel-developing leadership

  • Solid knowledge of parts and warehouse operations

  • Familiarity with logistics and order structures in a warehouse environment

  • The ability to analyze, improve, and implement changes

  • A drive to develop both processes and people

  • Good computer skills; experience with Kobra and Mercedes-Benz IT systems is an advantage

  • Driver's license (forklift license is desirable)
