Your Responsibilities As a receiving inspector, you will be responsible for checking incoming materials from external suppliers and ensuring that everything complies with technical requirements, drawings, and purchasing documents. You will ensure that the materials meet the required quality and are handled correctly before proceeding to production.

Your responsibilities include: • Checking deliveries regarding quantity, amount, and quality • Reviewing materials against drawings and technical documentation • Ensuring and archiving related documentation • Handling deviations, complaints, and error reports • Reporting documentation deficiencies according to applicable procedures • Documenting and reporting in internal systems • Actively working on continuous improvements

You will be an important part of the Quality Inspection group and collaborate closely with purchasing, design, and production. Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience in quality, inspection, or technical work who is meticulous, structured, and responsible. You are analytical and work systematically, with a clear focus on quality and the ability to detect details that may affect safety. You enjoy working independently but also in close collaboration with other functions within the organization.

To succeed in this role, you have: • Experience in quality control, material inspection, or technical work • Ability to read and understand technical documentation and drawings • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written • Good computer skills • Basic ESD knowledge, especially when working with electronics

It is a merit if you have experience in mechanics and have previously worked with deviation handling or complaint processes.

This position requires you to be approved in a security clearance in accordance with the Security Protection Act. The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
